Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 25% service charge. If the change is made within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% service charge will be applied.
Repeat last minute cancelations/rescheduling will require a non-refundable 50% deposit of service(s) before rebooking.
If you will be 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you will be charged 25% of the service and be asked to reschedule.
No Shows will be charged 100% of the services booked + will be blacklisted from booking again in the future.
These policies are necessary to safeguard my small business, as short notice cancellations prevent the opportunity to fill the slot, costing both time and money. Clients being late will cause me to run behind on other client appointments, and that’s unfair to them & me. Your understanding and respect for these policies is greatly appreciated.
